Hours:

February through May 15 – Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm

May 16-October 31 – Monday through Thursday 10am to 5:30pm, Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 5pm

Show/Concert Days 9am to 9pm (extended hours for shows that start after 9pm)

Location: Between May and October tickets can be purchased at our Box Office, on the first floor of our office building. To access the box office go past the office building and enter through the black pedestrian gate. The box office windows will be on your immediate left. Between February and May, tickets can be purchased at the Newport Yachting Center offices, on the second floor of 4 Commercial Wharf, on the actual site of the events. Enter through the black pedestrian gate that is just past the office building, go up the wood ramp and enter the building through the navy blue door on the left. Use the interior stairs to get to the second floor offices.

Payment Types: In addition to cash and checks, all major US credit cards are accepted at our box office for both walk-up and phone customers. ClickNPrint Tickets and Ticketmaster accept all major US credit cards for online tickets.

How do I get tickets?

Online: The best way to purchase tickets is online. Most of our events tickets can be purchased online. Please use the Tickets page on our website to purchase tickets online.

Walk-up: Tickets can be purchased by walking up to the Box Office/Newport Yachting Center Offices at 4 Commercial Wharf on America’s Cup Avenue.

Phone: Tickets can be purchased by phone by calling (401) 846-1600 x3. The only exception is for the Newport Summer Comedy Series, for these tickets please call Ticketmaster directly at (800) 745-3000 unless it is the day of the show in which case you can contact the Box Office at (401) 846-1600 x3. Also, wheelchair accessible seating, for all reserved seating events can be purchased over the phone by calling (401) 846-1600 x3. The Newport Yachting Center and Newport Waterfront Events do not encourage using any secondary ticketing sources, and the Box Office cannot resolve any issues involving them such as lost tickets, excessive fees, and incorrect or unexpected seat locations.
