Q: HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS AND WHEN IS WILL CALL OPEN?
A: It’s easy to get your tickets! The fastest way to get your tickets is to order online and print them right at home.

Day-of ticket sales and Will Call will be available at the event office at India Point Park, located right near the event entrance, beginning at 10am on the day of the event.
Q: ARE KIDS FREE?
A: Yes! All kids under 12 years old are free with an adult and don’t need a ticket. However, due to park policies, the bar areas are strictly 21 +, children are not permitted in these areas. Also, the Rocksteady ticket is only available to guests that are 21 years or older.
Q: IF IT RAINS, DOES THE EVENT GO ON?
A: Of course! The event is rain or shine and you are welcome to bring an umbrella if it does rain.
Q: MY TICKET SAYS “GA”. ARE THERE ANY SEATS AT THE EVENT OR CAN I BRING A CHAIR OR BLANKET?
A: “GA” refers to General Admission. While we do have limited seating at our food & beverage areas, we do not have reserved seating at the event and we do not have seating in front of the stage. This is a general admission “standing room/festival style” event. You are welcome to bring a blanket or chair with you to enjoy the event, however we do not allow them to be set up directly in front of the stage, for safety reasons.

Q: CAN I BRING A COOLER WITH FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE EVENT?
A: While we don’t allow outside food and beverage to be brought into the event there will be plenty available for purchase. Additionally, we do not allow coolers or large bags into the event, primarily for safety purposes. Please check out our India Point Park policies page for more details.
Q: WILL THERE BE BEVERAGES AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
A: Absolutely! We will have full bars featuring Red Stripe beer, island cocktails and other offerings.
Q: WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
A: Of course! The Reggae Pit offers authentic Jamaican food including jerk chicken, meat pies, curry goat, and snapper fish. Plus casual festival fare like burgers, dogs, fries, and much more!
Q: CAN I RE-ENTER THE EVENT IF I LEAVE ?
A: Yes! You will be able to re-enter the event throughout the day and night.
Q: ARE PETS WELCOME AT THE FESTIVAL?
A: We love those furry friends, but unless they are certified assistance service animals unfortunately we cannot allow them inside the event.
